Aerobics exercise

1-5 minutes of between, Guangbo, etc. can not be called fitness aerobics. Aerobics usually refers to aerobic exercise.

Aerobic Aerobics features: exercise every week to participate in the general exercise around 3 times. Each exercise requires a stay of more than 12 minutes and is a continuous exercise, and the exercisers ' heart rate remains at about 60% to 85% of their maximum heart rate.

Aerobic Exercise heart rate: (heart rate = age) x (60%-85%), anaerobic exercise heart rate: (heart rate = age) x85% above.

Aerobics Course Structure: Preparation activities (5 ' ~) ', basic parts (15 ' items '), force or pad (10 ' ~ '), relaxed stretching (5 ' ~ ').
