Provide some way for kettle bell practise to strengthen your body 2.
Practise back, arm, abdomen, oblique deltoids muscle
1. Body stand upright, feet shoulder-width, hold one kettle bell each hand, stretch your arms straight forward.
2. Put the left hand kettle bell on the ground,stretch left hand straight forward.
3. Swing the right hand to the back and pass the kettle bell to the left hand.
4. Swing left hand clockwise to pass the kettle bell to the right hand.
5. Repeat 5 times.
6. Back to the original position, do 5 times counterclockwise movement.
